I would like to introduce GFIE(Greenfish Icon Editor Pro), an image editing program that I mainly use. It’s not as powerful as Photoshop, but it’s free and has a variety of editing features. It is a program found by searching the portal site with Icon editor in the past. At the time, the version was 2.x, and recently version 4.2 is being distributed.
There is a Pro phrase in the program title, but it is free. I use it frequently, especially when creating Android applications or working on simple graphics.
How to use GFIE Pro
You can download and install the installation file from the author’s website, or decompress the Portable file. There are various tools such as selection, drawing, color extraction, letter input, and filling, so it would be good to use them.
